Delete Third-Party Apps
When you first boot up yourwatch, you’ll see many of thethird-party apps from youriPhone already installed on yourwatch by default. And all thoseapps can be overwhelming. Todelete apps from your watch,open the Watch app on youriPhone. Scroll down to the bottom of the My Watch screen tothe Installed On Apple Watchsection and then toggle off anylisted apps to remove its watchapp icon.
Add Apps to Your Watch
Now that you’ve gotten ridof the apps you don’t want, it’stime to add new ones. Openthe App Store on your watchby pressing the crown andscrolling until you find the AppStore icon. You can search for aspecific app or browse popularapps. Select the app that youwant to install by tapping theprice. If there’s no price listed,tap Get. When prompted, enteryour Apple ID password on youriPhone.
Use Apple Pay on the
A huge perk of Apple Pay onthe watch is that it works whenyou’re out of range of youriPhone. To begin setup, openthe Watch app on your iPhoneand tap Wallet & Apple Pay inthe My Watch section. If youhave a card set up on youriPhone, tap it, and enter yoursecurity code to activate it. Otherwise, tap New Card and enteryour info from there. Next timeyou leave your wallet at home,just hold your watch close tothe card reader and doublepress the Side button to make apurchase.
Pick Your Favorite Watch Face
I love to try out different faceson my Apple Watch. You canpick the face that looks the bestor that displays the functionsyou use most often. To pick anew face, open the Watch appon your iPhone. Make sure yoursoftware is up to date, then select the Watch Gallery tab. Tapthe face you want, and then tapAdd. From there, you can customize the complications andcolors. Return to the My Watchtab. In the Faces section, selectthe face you want to use. Scrolldown and tap Set as CurrentWatch Face.
