Nomad Leather iPhone Case
This is definitely my favorite case ever.
It’s made with beautiful high-quality
leather from Chicago’s famous Hor-ween tannery, and looks even better
as you break it in. It’s also held up to
some light bumps and scuffs in the
time that I’ve had it.
JBL Everest Elite 700
The sound on these headphones is clear and rich.
You can download the
app to adjust the level of
noise cancelling (which
at its highest setting is
pretty impressive) as well
as tweak some audio presets. I also like that the
earpieces have buttons
on the sides that let you
pause your song, skip
ahead to the next one, or
adjust the volume.
This Bluetooth speaker from Marshall is so cool looking! It
looks just like one of Marshall’s iconic guitar amps. The speaker packs a punch; the volume easily fills up large spaces.
The sound quality is really good, and there are adjustable
knobs on the top to tweak the bass and treble to your liking.
The Joule is a tool for Sous Vide-style cooking, which involves
vacuum sealing your food in water heated to just the right
temperature until it is perfectly cooked all the way through. As
someone who struggles with cooking meat properly, this device
is a total game-changer. I can start cooking my food with the
Joule app, and it sends me a notification when the food’s ready.
So far I’ve used it to make chicken breasts, soft-boiled eggs,
salmon, and lentils. The chicken was easily the best I’ve ever
cooked, and so unbelievably simple to make with the Joule.
